Moving to Israel

I will be moving to Israel this fall.
I am a returning Israeli and my husband is Ole Hadash he is making Aliya.
can we use are both rights? im as a returning Israeli after 3 years coming back to Israel and my husband as ole hadash? also what is the storage status how can we make a storage for over 6 months for our stuff.
also we going to leave either in tel aviv, so what the best ports to ship our things: Ashdod or Haifa.

packing question: how can I separate things in the house for the movers: need to separate things for short tem and long term storage

some of your question you will need to ask your local embassy or the Jewish agency the Sochnoot but let me provide with some directions to your questions.

I don't think that you can use both rights yours and your husband if you were not married than each can use his rights. I suggest to you not to try it even - you can get high penalty for doing a trick. also it will be the best to use your husband right which are far better than returning Israeli.

as far as storage:
you can prepare in your house note on each item that you want to go to long term storage and short term storage make sure it will be notes in a different colors.
as far storage in Israel: if im not mistaken your husband can have a free storage up to one year...but again please double check it with the embassy.

about the port: it does not make no difference what so ever to which port your goods will arrive.
