moving to australia

I'm planning on leaving the states in the year 2009 me and a friend... ill be trying to get a job at a salon in mornington, victorica or somewhere around that area.

and i dont even know where to start.
what are the things i need to do before i can move... does anyone know a website...

2009? is that the year when you planning to move?
that's too earl to plan what to take by than many things can happen by than.
no moving company will provide you with an estimate . it's just simple too soon. I think the best thing is to wait to your actual date and make a list of thing that you wish to take. found out more details about prices so you can compare prices - shipping Vs. buying in Australia.
